Minimum Order Requirements 

• Minimum Order:  $200. 

• Sample Orders: New clients may place a one-time order and request one of our available sample programs.

• A completed Client Information Sheet is required prior to placing an order.

 

​Occasionally, an item might be temporarily out of stock when you order. Please note that we do not back order. Your invoice will clearly indicate any items that were not shipped.

Ordering Carefully

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as all sales are final.

Discounts

Our pricing includes quantity-based discounts per color. For orders exceeding four dozen units per shade, a member of our sales team will assist with special pricing.

Accepted Forms of Payment

​We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank checks, money orders, bank transfers, and Zelle. Just a heads up: there’s a 3% convenience fee for credit card payments.

Returned Checks and Order Cancellations 

Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee. Order cancellations incur a 20% service charge.
