Regulatory Information
Demaur will organize the ingredient declaration for your label along with the fill weight for your container. We do not get involved with how you label your product, however, it is important that the customer follows the FDA guidelines for labeling. We do not endorse any claims a customer makes. If a company wants to make a claim on their product, they should work with a third-party testing lab for establishing their claims. We do not assume any responsibility for a customer following or not following regulatory guidelines.
Products are not always stable in certain containers. It is important that you test your product’s compatibility with your container. This can be done in our lab for a minimal fee, or you may use a third-party lab. Please allow additional time for this step. Demaur does not take responsibility for products not tested in the container in which they will be sold (link).
Natural and Organic products are formulated for a one-year shelf life. Products should be stored in a dry area that ranges from 45° degrees to 72° degrees to maintain product integrity.
Third party testing is available for definite shelf-life labeling claims. If this is a service you are interested in, having advance notice will speed up this process and save you money. Please ask for a price quote as we begin the process (link to our page for sample testing). Quotes are subject to change and prices will be given at the time your products are ready for testing.
Customer will not hold Demaur Cosmetics, its entities, directors, officers, and employees, from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims and demands, including without limitation product labeling resulting directly or indirectly from Demaur Cosmetics participation in customer’s product labeling.
