1. Give our team a call (972 620-2818) or email (email) to discuss your product goals.

2. Once we have identified the product you would like to create, the R&D process will begin. There will be up to three sample rounds where you will evaluate each product round, then approve or provide input on what you’d like to change about the sample you received.

3. Once a sample formula has been approved, we will organize the cost of your production run, testing fees, and the timeline for your product. 

 

If there is a product on the market that you would like to model your product from, order in a sample for our formulation team, and we will work to recreate it with your company’s goals in mind. This will save you costs on lab time and development fees. We only use mainly natural and organic ingredients, so not all products are replicable. However, many unnatural ingredients now have options so we may be able to replicate them in a natural way.

 

The R&D Process involves three sample rounds. You will receive one sample each round, unless discussed prior to development (see Minimums and Fees below). You will have three weeks to approve each sample. 

 

Minimums and Fees

 

• Initial Formulation and Lab Fee: $550 minimum. Products with larger ingredient lists will incur a higher fee. This fee will be determined after consultation and before development begins. This fee covers the R&D and three sample rounds containing 1 sample per round. If you require additional samples, or additional rounds of samples, this fee will be higher. Knowing this information before we start to develop your custom formula will save time and money. Lab Fees are due before we begin to formulate your product.

• Ingredient Replacement Fee: There is a minimum fee of $150 to research replacement ingredients. If the product has a large ingredient list, this fee will increase. Replacement Fee is due before we begin.

 

If you would like to include an ingredient that is not on our list link, we will order in a small

amount for your project and invoice you. Custom ingredients will be invoiced before they are ordered.
